Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your RoyaleCoach AI account and associated data at any time. This page explains how to do so and what happens to your data.

1. How to Delete Your Account

Delete from within the app:

Open the RoyaleCoach AI app
Go to Profile
Tap Delete Account
Confirm your choice when prompted

Alternatively, you can request account deletion by emailing us at support@royalecoachai.com. Please include the email address or player tag associated with your account.

2. Data That Will Be Deleted

Upon account deletion, the following data will be removed where technically possible:

Account profile information
Linked Clash Royale player tag
User preferences and settings
Personal coaching analysis linked to the account

3. Data That May Be Retained

Certain records may be retained where required by law, platform policy, or legitimate business obligations.

This includes purchase, subscription, legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention records held by:

Apple (App Store)
Google (Google Play)
RevenueCat
Other payment providers
RoyaleCoach AI, where legally required

4. Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days of submission.
